Community guidelines
Mahjong Studio community spaces are for learning, playing, finding tables, class follow-up, rules and etiquette, tournament questions, studio announcements, and approved member support topics. Keep posts welcoming, practical, and connected to the studio community.
Do not harass, threaten, shame, target, impersonate staff, post hate or slurs, spam the community, or use public discussion to escalate private account, billing, booking, cancellation, payment, or discipline issues. Official answers for those topics come from studio-approved channels.
Protect privacy. Do not post another person's phone number, email, social handle, photo, screenshot, private message, membership status, payment status, attendance history, booking details, or private event details without explicit permission. Member-only content should stay inside the member community.
Report unsafe, abusive, spammy, privacy-invasive, scam-like, or misleading content to the studio instead of arguing publicly. Reporter identity should not be shared with the reported member. Direct messaging and image uploads require separate approval because they create stronger report, block, and retention obligations.
Buy, sell, and trade posts are deferred for the first community launch. If approved later, they must stay Mahjong-related and restricted. The studio will not act as escrow, authenticator, shipper, tax advisor, payment intermediary, or dispute resolver.
Any future external community will have its own account, privacy, retention, notification, and deletion behavior. The Mahjong app should not mirror community posts, messages, reports, images, reactions, or provider tokens for the first launch.
