Member account and card basics
Dashboard, booking history, membership status, member card, and account support boundaries.
Member account
Your dashboard is the main place to review upcoming bookings. Confirmed bookings can show session details and available actions such as add to calendar or cancel booking. Pending-payment bookings may show a payment state instead of normal booking actions until reconciliation finishes.
Booking history is separate from the upcoming dashboard. It is read-only and shows completed, no-show, and cancelled sessions after they happen. If no past bookings are listed yet, future completed or cancelled sessions will appear there once the app has a final state to show.
Membership status appears in account and dashboard surfaces where available. Active, past-due, cancelled, or no-membership states can change what you are eligible to book. Use the membership page for plan status, renewal, update-payment, rejoin, or manage-subscription actions that the app exposes.
The digital member card is used to help identify an active member in supported workflows. Staff may use the card or QR-assisted check-in when the studio enables it. If scanning is not available, staff can use roster or manual check-in fallback without needing card numbers or payment details.
Contact the studio if your dashboard, history, membership status, or member card does not match what you expect. Include the route you were on and the session, booking, or membership detail shown in the app, but do not send card numbers, passwords, or screenshots with sensitive payment information.
