These policy sections are MVP launch-readiness placeholders based on the studio policy baseline. They are not final legal advice and remain pending owner/legal approval or an explicit release exception before public launch.

Terms and membership

Membership, recurring billing, account responsibilities, and studio participation expectations.

MVP policy copy for this section is being finalized for launch. Membership gives active members access to member-specific pricing and benefits while their account remains in good standing.

Membership renews automatically on the billing cycle shown during checkout unless it is cancelled through the supported billing path.

Privacy and data support

Data use, account support, deletion requests, and member privacy boundaries.

MVP policy copy for this section is being finalized for launch. The studio uses account, booking, payment, and support information to operate memberships, sessions, purchases, and staff workflows.

Do not send sensitive payment details, passwords, or private account data through public forms. Use the studio support email for account and data-support requests.

Booking, cancellation, and refunds

Session booking, waitlist, cancellation, no-show, refund, and credit expectations.

Bookings are subject to capacity, eligibility, and payment reconciliation rules. Duplicate bookings for the same session are not allowed.

Waitlist claim windows are time-limited. Missed claim windows may advance the seat to the next eligible person.

Cancellation, refund, credit, and no-show outcomes depend on the session timing and published studio policy. Contact the studio before booking if you need clarification.

Preorders, pickup, and prepaid products

Pickup windows, preorder cutoffs, prepaid products, gift cards, and support.

Preorders and prepaid products may have pickup windows, cutoff times, fulfillment notes, and support requirements shown during the purchase flow.

Gift cards, prepaid passes, and similar products may collect recipient information needed to fulfill the purchase.

Refunds, credits, and pickup exceptions are handled through the studio support path while final public policy copy is under review.

Cookies and tracking

Telemetry, cookies or local storage, analytics, and support diagnostics.

The site may use cookies, local storage, and operational telemetry to support authentication, checkout handoff, diagnostics, reliability, and product improvement.

Do not include secrets, payment details, or sensitive personal information in support messages unless staff specifically requests a safe support channel.
