Membership and billing basics

Membership is how you make the studio a regular part of your week. Members can join member-only sessions, get the member price on open play, and reserve seats before the public can.

Membership is monthly. It renews on its own each month so you do not have to remember. You can pause or cancel any time from your account; you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.

Payment is collected at the time of booking, membership signup, preorder, product purchase, or in-person checkout.

If a payment does not go through, your member perks may pause for a moment. Update your card on the membership page and you are back. We will never ask for your card number over the phone or at the front desk.

If the page says your membership is still activating after you paid, give it a minute and refresh once — there is nothing else you need to do.
