Membership and billing basics

Membership value, renewal, past-due state, cancellation, and billing support boundaries.

Membership and billing

Membership unlocks member-specific access and pricing behavior, including members-only sessions and member-included bookings when those benefits are available for the current plan and session rules. Session capacity and eligibility still apply, so membership does not guarantee a seat in every session.

The launch membership plan is monthly. Membership renews automatically unless it is cancelled, and cancellation normally leaves access active until the end of the current billing period. Your membership page shows the current status and directs you to the available manage or rejoin action.

A past-due membership can temporarily limit member benefits. If a payment update is needed, use the account or billing portal path shown in the app. Staff can explain what the app is showing, but they should not ask for card numbers or make account-specific billing promises outside the approved billing flow.

If checkout succeeds but the app still shows payment pending or activation pending, wait for the confirmation state to reconcile before trying again. A second checkout can create confusion. Contact the studio if the state does not resolve or if payment appears successful but membership access is still missing.

Common questions: use the membership page to understand current status, renewal timing, and available account actions; use the contact path for billing-state mismatches, missing access after payment, or cancellation questions that the app does not answer.
