Booking sessions and waitlist basics
Session access, paid and included bookings, waitlist claim windows, cancellations, and no-shows.
Sessions, booking, and waitlist
Session cards show the session type, date and time, access level, price or included status, and remaining seats. Public sessions can be booked by eligible guests or members. Members-only sessions are reserved for active members. Member-included sessions may book without checkout when the member is eligible and seats are available.
The booking button changes by state. You may see sign in to book, book now with a price, book now included, join waitlist, members only, or an already-booked state. Trust the state shown on the session detail page and avoid opening multiple checkout attempts for the same session.
Paid bookings are not final until payment and local booking state reconcile. If the page says payment received or payment pending, the app is confirming the booking. If checkout is cancelled or expires, the seat is not confirmed and any temporary hold can release automatically.
When a session is full, the waitlist keeps eligible people in order. If a seat opens, the next eligible person receives a time-limited claim opportunity. If the claim window expires, the seat can move to the next eligible person. The app will show whether you are booked, on the waitlist, or still need to take action.
Cancellation and no-show outcomes depend on timing and policy. Review the cancellation prompt before confirming. Repeated no-shows or late changes may affect future booking privileges. Contact the studio when booking, waitlist, payment, or roster state appears inconsistent.
